1. Use of the Website

By using Vibarto, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

2. Accounts and Memberships

  • Users may create accounts to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • Memberships and subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • All subscription and membership purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • Canceling a membership prevents future recurring charges but does not provide refunds for the current billing period.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through Vibarto must be paid in full at the time of transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Event Tickets

  • Ticket purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the event.

  • Tickets purchased within 7 days of an event are non-refundable.

  • If an event is canceled, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer tickets.

  • Postponed events will honor existing tickets, with refund requests accepted within 14 days of announcement.

Digital Purchases

Digital purchases, including downloadable content and virtual goods, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

One-of-One Merchandise and Artwork

  • All one-of-one items are final sale.

  • Variations in handcrafted items are expected and not considered defects.

  • Refunds are only available if:

    • The wrong item was delivered.

    • The item was significantly damaged during shipping.

    • The item never arrives due to a verified shipping issue.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof.

4. Art Displays and Usage Rights

All artwork displayed on Vibarto is credited to its respective creator whenever possible.

By using Vibarto, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All art displayed on the platform is available for free use, including viewing, sharing, and non-commercial use.

  • Proper credit must be given to the original artist when using or sharing artwork.

  • Vibarto does not claim ownership of user-submitted artwork unless explicitly stated.

  • Users must not falsely claim ownership of artwork created by others.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for user-submitted content, all website content, branding, logos, and design elements are the property of Vibarto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree to contact Vibarto before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibarto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities.

8. Termination

Vibarto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

Vibarto may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
